Computers
& Wifi
Daugherty Public Library District visitors can use the computers. Our standard computer stations include 5 desktop computers for kids and 4 desktop computers for adults. Kids under the age of 10 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian. See our “Equipment and Computer Use Policy” for more details.
All visitors can access a password protected Wifi network to use the internet on their own computer or smart device. Ask staff at the front desk for the network name and password.
Children's Computer
AWE Learning computer is a closed system of educational games with no access to the internet. It is located in the children’s area and available for children ages 5 and under.
Copy, Print, Scan, and Fax
In addition to offering traditional library services Daugherty Public Library also offers the following:
Copies & Printing – Printing is available from our patron computers or library staff can make black & white copies for $.25 each and color copies for $.50 each.
Scan – Staff can scan documents to your email or to copy.
Faxes – A cover sheet is free. $1.00 for the first page and $.50 for each subsequent page.
Laminating
Do you have some big projects that need to be laminated. Schedule a time to come in with the Library Director. It costs $1.00 per foot.
Video Magnifier
The Mezzo Focus is a compact desktop video magnifier for reading, writing and viewing images with crystal clear focus and sharp, high-resolution detail no matter your magnification level.
A full HD camera with digital zoom magnifies up to 30x on the high-resolution LED flat screen monitor. NELE (Natural Evolution Light Experience Technology) reduces shadows and reflections while hand-writing at a low zoom level.
